Where Jesus, and Only Jesus, is Lord

I believe the North American church suffers from a Lordship problem, an inability to fully surrender to Christ as Lord...this is what today is all about.

Remember, in order for Jesus to become more, we must become less. I think we need to ask does the road of discipleship we are on lead to Jesus? Because if it doesn’t, this is a huge problem.

Let me share a personal insight into my kingdom drive. One of the reasons that I am so passionate about the gospel and Jesus being the only way, is that I see an increasing version of Jesus that is emerging in the American church, that is shaped more by culture than scripture. I believe God has a challenging word for us about what it means to declare not just with our mouth, but with all of our life, that Jesus is Lord. That Jesus, and only Jesus, should ever be Lord.
